Parts Now helps put words on paper, at least indirectly. The company's efforts to quickly supply customers with parts to keep their computer printers up and running has made it one of the largest distributors of laser printer parts in North America. In addition, Parts Now provides technical support and trains repair technicians, and it helps companies control printing costs through its managed print solutions program. It also resells parts for a variety of printers, including models made by Canon, Hewlett-Packard, Lexmark, and Toshiba. David Reinke founded Parts Now in a garage in 1989 -- back when parts and repairs for laser printers were very costly. Parts Now is owned by CounterPoint Capital Partners.
