The Company is a domestic outsourced provider of traffic reporting services and operates radio networks, producing and distributing national news, sports, talk, music and special event programs, in addition to local news, sports, weather, video news and other information programming. Westwood One delivers content to over 5,000 radio and television stations in the United States. The Company’s business is organized in two divisions: Metro/Traffic and Network. Its Network Division produces and distributes regularly scheduled and special syndicated programs, including live concerts, music and interview shows, national music countdowns, lifestyle short features, news broadcasts, talk programs, sporting events and sports features. Metro/Traffic Division provides traffic reports and local news, weather and sports information programming to radio and television affiliates.
