In November 2011, the Company purchased assets from Hartford Stamp, LLC, an office products distributor. In February 2011, the Company acquired Cool Beans, LLC, a coffee distributor. In January 2011, the Company purchased assets from Timberline Office Supply, Inc. In November 2010, the Company acquired the assets of a small office products company in Hartford, Connecticut.
