Description
HOKUETSU KISHU PAPER CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the manufacture of paper. The Company has three business segments. The Paper and Pulp segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of pulp and paper. The Packaging and Paper Processing segment manufactures, processes and sells business equipment paper and paper processed products. The Others segment is involved in the lumbering business, construction business, the manufacture, sale, building and maintenance of equipment, the storage and transport of products made by the Company and the raw materials, the purchase and sale of real estate, as well as the operation of driving schools. On July 4, 2011, the Company acquired MARUDAI SHIGYO Co., Ltd. On February 1, 2012, the Company fully acquired The Toyo Fiber Co., Ltd. On September 14, 2012, the Company acquired 100% shares of a France-based company named FINANCIERE BERNARD DUMAS S.A.S.
