CVC Property Fund, formerly Taragon Property Fund, is an Australia-based fund. The Fund plans to acquire a combination of investment grade rental producing properties and derisked development projects. It is the intention to pay investors a competitive level of income half yearly derived from rental income and development profit. Its portfolio comprises the following properties: 357-373 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW and 8 Rodborough Road, Frenchs Forest NSW. The Fund has invested in a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties. The Fund has invested in properties along the eastern seaboard including regional centers.
