Timmins Gold Corp. is a junior resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of gold properties in Mexico. The San Francisco Gold Property (Property), located in Sonora, is the Company’s principal and only material mineral property for purposes of NI 43-101. The Company is in the business of acquiring, exploring, evaluating and developing mineral resource properties in Mexico, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Timmins Goldcorp Mexico, S.A. de C.V (Subsidiary), and the subsidiary’s wholly owned subsidiary, Molimentales del Noroeste, S.A. de C.V. (MdN).
