The Company operates its business under six main divisions: Lease division, which offers leasing services for industrial machineries, facilities and devices, electronic devices, medical instruments, office equipment and environmental purification equipment; Loan division, which provides corporate operating funds, credit loans and secured loans; Factoring division, which provides bond factoring services; Project Financing division, which provides funds to companies depending on the prospects of the companies' projects; Investment Banking division, which provides financial and consulting services for corporate restructuring companies and purchases bad non-performing loans, and Business Finance division, which invests in venture capital companies. It also provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and purchase and acquisitions (P&A) services.
