The Company operates in three segments: patient monitoring and life support products, in-vitro diagnostic products and medical imaging systems. The Company provides after-sales services to distributors and hospitals in China through 32 local offices based in provincial capital cities. It also provides after-sales services to hospitals in the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. In addition, the Company provides after-sales service to its international customers through its distribution channel where it does not engage in direct sales activities.
