The Core Business PLC is a United Kingdom-based brand development consultancy and beauty products distributor. The Company’s three main areas of operations are: distribution, which comprises acting as the United Kingdom distributor for appropriate beauty brands; brand ownership, which comprises building a portfolio of licensed, owned or part-owned personal care and beauty brands, and consultancy, which comprises assisting companies with leveraging their beauty and personal care business through creating and launching new brands. In February 2007, the Company signed a five year United Kingdom distribution agreement with Accessories Beaute Cosmetique (ABC) to distribute the Elite Models Fashion beauty accessories range. This was launched under an agreement with Superdrug in March 2007, in 90 stores. The range is sold in 350 stores. On July 27, 2007, the Company acquired Amirose International Limited, which is engaged in distribution.
