The Company has approximately 45,000 production workstations and provides service around the clock. The Company�s contact centers employ a range of technology, including digital switching, intelligent call routing and tracking, workforce management systems, case management tools, software systems, computer telephony integration, interactive voice response, advanced speech recognition, Web-based tools and relational database management systems. On May 16, 2012, the Company sold its Information Management line of business to NetCracker Technology Corporation (NetCracker), a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC Corporation (NEC).
