Richelieu Hardware Limited (Richelieu) is a Canada-based company engaged in importing, distributing and manufacturing of specialty hardware and related products. Richelieu’s products are targeted to a customer base of kitchen and bathroom cabinet, furniture, and window and door manufacturers, hardware retailers, including renovation superstores. Richelieu’s product selection consists of more than 55,000 stock-keeping units (SKUs) targeted to a base of over 38,000 customers who are served by 47 centers in North America, including 30 distribution centers across Canada, 15 in the United States and two manufacturing plants in Canada. On April 7, 2008, the Company acquired Top Supplies Inc., a distributor of decorative hardware and related products mainly serving a customer base of home office manufacturers and commercial woodworking manufacturers.
