The Company’s subsidiaries include EBT Mobile Limited, EBT International Trade (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (EBT Trade), Suzhou Yiteng Telecommunications Products Co., Ltd. (Suzhou Yiteng), Hubei Yiteng Telecommunications Products Co., Ltd., and Shanghai EBT Telecommunications Products Co., Ltd.
