Passport Metals Inc. (Passport) is a Canada-based company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. It has two properties: Gilda property, northeast of Copiapo, Chile and the Holbrook Holdings, Navajo County, Arizona. Holbrook Basin Potash Project consists of 12 mineral exploration permits. The Gilda property consists of four claims totaling almost 1,200 hectares. The Company acquired 50% interest in the Inner North Rim property in the McFaulds Lake. The Inner North Rim property consists of 72 units, totaling approximately 2,850 acres.
