China Molybdenum Co., Ltd. is a producer of molybdenum in the People’s Republic of China. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the molybdenum mining, flotation, roasting and smelting, and downstream processing. It is also a producer of tungsten products. Its principal products are molybdenum concentrate, molybdenum oxide and ferromolybdenum. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the production of molybdenum concentrates, molybdenum oxides and ferromolybdenum amounted to 34,400 tons, 24,987 tons and 14,750 tons, respectively. Tungsten concentrates produced by the Company amounted to 1,128 tons. In 2008, the production of molybdenum concentrates in China was 180,589 tons. In 2008, it completed a tungsten recycling project of 9,000 tons per day and a tungsten recycling project of 6,000 tons per day. Its products include molybdenum concentrate, molybdenum oxide, ferromolybdenum, tungsten concentrate, processed molybdenum and tungsten products, and sulfuric acid.
