The Spancrete segment manufactures and sells construction materials under the brand name Spancrete for floors, walls and roofs. Through its subsidiary, this segment is also involved in the design and diagram production of Spancrete. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the leasing of office buildings, the development of condominiums, as well as the management of public health facilities. The Company has two subsidiaries.
