Abitex Resources Inc. is a mineral resources exploration company with focus on exploration and development of its uranium properties in the Otish Mountains of northern Quebec. The Company’s Lavoie property is located in the Otish Mountains region of Quebec and comprises 15 claims covering 780 hectares. The Epsilon uranium property is located in the Otish Mountains region of Quebec and comprises 102 claims covering 5,352 hectares. The Jolin gold property is located in the Abitibi region of Quebec and comprises 57 claims. The Jeremie property consists of two separate claim blocks totaling 114 cell-claims, which cover ground located immediately north of, and on strike with the Fenelon property of American Bonanza Gold Corp. The Company acquired an additional 16 ground-staked claims located between its eastern claim block and the Bonaza property. The St Stephen property comprises 129 claims. On September 16, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Central Uranium Corporation.
