Description

BLDRS Developed Markets 100 ADR Index Fund (the Fund) seeks to track The BNY Developed Markets 100 ADR Index. The BNY Developed Markets 100 ADR Index includes 100 component depositary receipts representing the securities issued by 100 of the most actively traded companies from the international developed markets having a free-float market capitalization ranging from $9 billion to over $220 billion. The BNY Developed Markets 100 ADR Index is a capitalization-weighted index. The portfolio is rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually. The portfolio of the Fund consists of substantially all of the securities, in substantially the same weighting, as the component securities of The BNY Developed Markets 100 ADR Index. PowerShares Capital Management LLC is the sponsor of BLDRS Index Funds Trust, a unit investment trust, which holds the Fund.
