BLDRS Europe 100 ADR Index Fund (the Fund) seeks to track The BNY Europe 100 ADR Index. The BNY Europe 100 ADR Index includes 100 component depositary receipts representing the securities issued by 100 of the most actively traded companies from the European market having a free-float market capitalization ranging from $3 billion to over $220 billion. The BNY Europe 100 ADR Index a capitalization-weighted index. The portfolio is rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually. The portfolio of the Fund consists of substantially all of the securities, in substantially the same weighting, as the component securities of The BNY Europe 100 ADR Index. PowerShares Capital Management LLC is the sponsor of BLDRS Index Funds Trust, a unit investment trust, which holds the Fund.
