The Company conducts its business activities through six principal operating subsidiaries: AAR Parts Trading, Inc., AAR Aircraft & Engine Sales & Leasing, Inc., AAR Services, Inc., AAR Aircraft Services, Inc., AAR Manufacturing, Inc. and AAR International, Inc. The Company’s international business activities are conducted primarily through AAR International, Inc. The Company operates in four business segments: Aviation Supply Chain; Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul; Structures and Systems, and Aircraft Sales and Leasing. Aviation Supply Chain consists primarily of business activities conducted through AAR Parts Trading, Inc., AAR Services, Inc., AAR Allen Services, Inc., (a wholly owned subsidiary of AAR Parts Trading, Inc. and AAR Services, Inc.) and AAR International, Inc. On June 15, 2009, the Company formed AAR Global Solutions, LLC.
