The Company operates a total of nine banking offices located in Delaware and Chester counties, which are suburbs of Philadelphia. The Company’s primary business consists of attracting deposits from the general public and using those funds, together with funds it borrows, to originate loans to its customers and invest in securities, such as United States Government and agency securities, mortgage-backed securities and municipal obligations. Alliance Bank is headquartered in Broomall, Pennsylvania and conducts its business through eight offices located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and one office in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
