Allot Communications Ltd. (Allot) is engaged in developing, selling and marketing broadband service optimization solutions using advanced deep packet inspection (DPI) technology. The Company’s products include traffic management systems, network management application suites and ServiceProtector. Traffic management systems comprise of service gateway platform and the netEnforcer product line. Its network management application suites consist of the NetXplorer management application and the subscriber management platform. The products are used by service providers to offer subscriber-based and application-based tiered services. In January 2008, the Company acquired Esphion Limited. Its wholly-owned subsidiaries include Allot Communications, Inc., Allot Communication Europe SARL, Allot Communications Japan K.K., Allot Communication (UK) Limited, Allot Communications (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. and Allot Communications New Zealand Limited.
