The Company operates three segments: Promotion, Media and Placement. On August 1, 2008, the Company acquired the operating assets of Fulgent Media Group, Inc. (Fulgent). On November 5, 2008, it sold the CCS domain name and related trademarks to dELiA*s, Inc. On November 21, 2008, the Company acquired gURL.com (www.gurl.com). On January 26, 2009, it acquired the operating assets of TAKKLE.com (www.takkle.com).
