The PowerShares DB Agriculture Fund (the Fund) is based on the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index – Optimum Yield Agriculture Excess Return (the Index). The Fund is managed by DB Commodity Services LLC (the Managing Owner). The Fund is organized in separate series of PowerShares DB Multi-Sector Commodity Trust (the Trust), a trust organized in seven separate series and its subsidiary, DB Agriculture Master Fund (the Master Fund), a separate series of DB Multi-Sector Commodity Master Trust (the Master Trust).
