The Indonesia Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Fund seeks capital appreciation as a primary objective and income as a secondary objective, by investing primarily in Indonesian securities. The Fund invests in securities of foreign countries and governments. The Fund invests in sectors, such as automobiles, commercial banks, construction materials, diversified telecommunication services, oil, gas and consumable fuels, machinery and other sectors. Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC (Credit Suisse LLC) served as the Fund’s investment adviser until April 30, 2009. Credit Suisse Management Limited (Credit Suisse Ltd) served as the Fund’s sub-investment adviser until April 30, 2009. The Fund’s administrator is Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Aberdeen Asset Management Asia Limited serves as the Fund’s investment adviser.
