PowerShares Dynamic Banking Portfolio (the Fund), based on the Dynamic Banking Intellidex Index (Index), seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield of that equity index. The Index evaluates companies based on a range of investment merit criteria, including fundamental growth, stock valuation, investment timeliness and risk factors. The Fund invests 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The investment advisor of the Fund is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC (the adviser).
