Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation is a bank holding company. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Peapack-Gladstone Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a state chartered commercial bank and is a member of the Federal Reserve System. The Bank offers financial services through 22 full-service banking offices. It maintains 10 branches and one auxiliary office in Somerset County, six in Morris County, four in Hunterdon County, one in Middlesex County and one in Union County. The Bank primarily provides financial, trust and investment services to individuals and small businesses. It offers commercial loans to business people, including merchants, architects, doctors, dentists, attorneys and building contractors as well as various service firms and other local retailers. Commercial lending offered include working capital lines of credit, term loans for fixed asset acquisitions, commercial mortgages and other forms of asset-based financing.
