Exeter Resource Corporation (Exeter) is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties located in Argentina and Chile. The Company’s principal properties are the Cerro Moro property in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina; the Caspiche property in northern Chile, and the Don Sixto property in Mendoza Province, Argentina. The Company has four wholly owned subsidiaries: Cognito Limited (Cognito), Estelar Resources Limited (Estelar), Sociedad Contractual Minera Eton Chile (Eton Chile) and Eton Mining Corp. (Eton). Cognito and Estelar conduct the Company’s business in Argentina. Eton Chile conducts the Company’s business in Chile.
