Allied Motion Technologies Inc. (Allied Motion) is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and selling motor, servo motion and optical encoder products. The Company's products are manufactured at its facilities, as well as contract manufacturing facilities in China and Eastern Europe. Allied Motion is organized into five subsidiaries: Emoteq Corporation (Emoteq), Computer Optical Products, Inc. (COPI), Motor Products Corporation (Motor Products), Stature Electric, Inc. (Stature) and Precision Motor Technology B.V. (Premotec). To provide additional production support of its subsidiaries, the Company also has contract production capabilities in Slovakia and China.
