Eurocastle Investment Ltd. is a Guernsey-based closed-end investment company listed on Euronext Amsterdam. It invests and manages a portfolio consisting primarily of German commercial real estate assets. The portfolio is comprised of a diversified mix of high quality office and retail properties concentrated in the five major German cities. Eurocastle seeks to deliver a stable and growing dividend and attractive risk-adjusted returns through varying interest rate and credit cycles. At December 31, 2008 the investment property portfolio comprised 576 properties with approximately 2.1 million square meters of lettable space, a total occupancy of 85.8%, a value of EUR 4.2 billion and a weighted average remaining lease term of 5.9 years.
