Koninklijke KPN NV (KPN) is a Netherlands-based telecommunications and information and communication technology (ICT) service provider. It consists of segments, such as Consumer, which provides fixed and mobile telephony, Internet and television; Business, which offers to corporate customers services, such as telephony, Internet, workspace management and data center services; Corporate Market, which operates a global ICT services company; Wholesale & Operations, which is responsible for KPN�s operational activities for the Dutch networks and for KPN�s wholesale customers and portfolio in the Netherlands; iBasis Group, which carries international phone calls worldwide; as well as Germany and Belgium segments, which are network operators in respective countries; and Other activities, which comprises the results of KPN�s Corporate Center and the call center activities of SNT Germany. As of May 3, 2012 it closed the sale of Getronics International to Aurelius AG and OpenGate Capital.
