AIC provides IT staffing and project based services, including application development and integration, systems integration, portals and collaboration solutions, network and infrastructure solutions and managed services. On July 1, 2008, the Company completed the sale of its vendor management systems business to COMSYS Information Technology Services, Inc. In September 2009, the Company announced that it sold the assets of Medical Concepts Staffing, a full service nurse staffing agency and subsidiary of the Company, to Temps, Inc., a national provider of supplemental healthcare professionals.
