Description

Art's-Way Manufacturing Co., Inc. is engaged in the manufacture of farm equipment under its own and private labels. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Art's-Way Vessels, Inc., which manufactures pressure vessels and Art's-Way Scientific, Inc., which manufactures modular buildings for various uses, including animal containment and research laboratories. The Company manufactures a range of farm machinery, including portable and stationary animal feed processing equipment and related attachments used to mill and mix feed grains into custom animal feed rations, high bulk mixing wagon to mix animal feeds containing silage, hay and grain, stalk shredders, sugar beet and potato harvesting equipment, land maintenance equipment, moldboard plows and grain drill equipment. In addition, the Company also manufactures moldboard plows and supply hay blowers under an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with Case New Holland (CNH).
