Atlantic Ltd (Atlantic) is an Australia-based company engaged in the acquisition, development and operation of the Windimurra vanadium project. The Company�s projects include Windimurra Vanadium Project (Western Australia), and Aluminium Supply Chain Project (Vietnam). Atlantic subsidiary Midwest Vanadium Pty Ltd owns 100% of the Windimurra vanadium project (Windimurra), located approximately 600 kilometers north of Perth in Western Australia. The Windimurra project is a scale vanadium and haematite iron ore project that is in production. The Company is also focused on bauxite development opportunities in Vietnam. Atlantic Vanadium Holdings Pty Ltd (AVHPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantic.
