Black Range Minerals Limited is an Australia-based minerals exploration company. The Company owned uranium and coal projects in the United States of America. The Company is focused on advancing the Taylor Ranch/Hansen uranium project in Colorado towards production. It holds approximately 13,500 acres which is located approximately 150 kilometres southwest of Denver in the Tallahassee Creek District of Colorado, USA. Black Range Minerals acquired a 100% interest in the Jonesville Coal Project, located approximately 100 kilometres northeast of Anchorage, Alaska, USA. The project comprises two leases covering 1,450 acres which includes the Evan Jones Coal Mine. Black Range holds a 50% interest in developing the Ablation methodology for application to mineral deposits, particularly uranium deposits.
