Buxton Resources Limited (Buxton) is an Australia-based company engaged in mineral exploration. The principal activities of the Company during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, were the acquisition of mining tenements, and the exploration and evaluation of these tenements with the objective of identifying economic mineral deposits. The Company�s properties include Zanthus Project, Yalbra Project and Dempster Project. The Company is exploring for iron, base metal and gold mineralisation within Archaean and Proterozoic rocks of Western Australia.
