Crossland Uranium Mines Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in the exploration for uranium in the Northern Territory and hardrock gold deposits. The Company, through its subsidiaries, holds exploration tenements in Australia and the Yukon Territory of Canada. The project portfolio of the Company includes Chilling project, Charley Creek project, Mount Stafford project, Bloodwood project, Highland Rocks project, Kalabity project and Lake Woods project. The Chilling project covers over 2,900 square kilometers on the western margin of the Pine Creek Orogen, and it is primarily explored for uranium through several different sub-projects consisting of Eccles, Marchfly, Allia Creek Window, Fletchers Gully, Buchanan Window and Collai. The Mount Stafford tenement is located 150 kilometers north of Charley Creek and embraces areas of outcropping Proterozoic granite and metamorphic surrounded by alluvium. The Charley Creek project covers more than 4,000 square kilometers.
