Minemakers Limited is an Australia-based company engaged mineral exploration. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, the Company's principal activities were the exploration, evaluation and feasibility activities on its tenements, or tenements in which it has an interest, and applying for or acquiring additional tenements with the objective of identifying economic mineral deposits. The Company�s segments include Wonarah segment, Namibia segment and Exploration segment. The Company holds 100% interest in the Wonarah Rock Phosphate Project in Northern Territory. The Company's other mineral assets include gold, tin, tungsten and fluorspar. In October 2011, the Company divested the West Southdown - Iron and Salt Project to focus on phosphate. On October 4, 2012, the Company sold its interests in the Sandpiper and Rocky Point Projects.
