Description

Summit Resources Limited (Summit) is an Australia-based company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of uranium projects in Australia. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Summit Resources (Aust) Pty Ltd (SRA), controls approximately 3,159 square kilometers of tenements in three major project areas centered on the city of Mount Isa in north-west Queensland. The Isa North Project covers approximately 1,360 square kilometers and hosts a number of uranium prospects, including the Valhalla, Skal and Bikini deposits. The ultimate parent of Summit Resources Limited is Paladin Energy Ltd, which owns 81.99% of the ordinary shares. Valhalla is located 40 kilometers north of Mount Isa adjacent to the Barkly Highway. The Skal uranium deposit is located 32 kilometers north of Mount Isa and 11 kilometers south-east of Valhalla on EPM 14048. Its wholly owned subsidiary includes Summit Resources (Aust) Pty Ltd and Pacific Mines Limited.
