Australia Minerals and Mining Group Limited (AMMG) is an Australia-based mining company. It is engaged in the mineral exploration and development industry. AMMG has five separate project areas, located in Western Australia and Queensland. It has eight granted tenements and 34 applications for tenements covering in excess of 7,440 square kilometers over the five project areas. The Company�s project portfolio includes Lake Macleod Gypsum Project, Constance Range Iron Ore Project, South West Kaolin Project, South West Iron Ore Project, South West Salt Project, South West Mineral Sands Project which has two tenements, Scott River and Gairdner; West Pilbara Iron Ore Project and Calwynyardah Bentonite Project. In June 2010, the Company acquired the Swan River Kaolin project area at Meckering, South West in Western Australia. As of October 5, 2010, the Company�s major shareholder is Lake Macleod Gypsum Pty Ltd which held a 17.35% stake in its interests.
