Archer Exploration Limited (Archer) is engaged in the exploration for minerals. The Company focuses on its 100%-owned Campoona and Sugarloaf graphite deposits. The principal area of Archer's graphite projects is the Cleve upland, which is located on the Eyre Peninsula. Archer has two tenements (EL4861 Carappee Hill and EL4893 Cleve West). The Company's 100%-owned Leigh Creek magnesite deposits form a project with a Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) measured, indicated and inferred resource of 413 million tons grading 41.3% magnesium oxide. It has 100% interest eight manganese deposits and prospects, including Ketchowla, Stone Hut, Kanyaka and Neale�s Flat in the Adelaidean; Salt Creek and North Cowell on Eyre Peninsula. Its project portfolio comprises the Emu Plain, Spring Creek, Worlds End and North Cowel. Other minerals include uranium, coal, nickel, phosphate and barite. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, Archer sold its five exploration licenses in the West Roxby area.
