Baru Resources Ltd (Baru Resources) is an Australia-based Company. The Company is focussed on the identification and development of export hard coking coal and export thermal coal projects. The Company�s project area is in the Eromanga Basin within 200kms of Hughenden and within 375 kms of Mount Isa in Queensland. Baru Resources has an interest in seven tenements, identified as the West Galilee Project within the Hughenden-Winton locality where the economic viability of both coking and thermal coals are explored. The Company holds an interest in seven coal exploration tenures including six Exploration Permits for Coal (EPC) and one exploration permit for coal application (EPCA). In February 2013, the Company acquired 100% interest in Horizon Mines Limited which has five mineral exploration tenement applications in Myanmar.
