Cardno Limited (Cardno) is a provider of professional services in physical and social infrastructure. The Company operates in three segments: Professional Services Australia and New Zealand, which provides consulting engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, environmental services, electrical engineering and geotechnical services in that region; Professional Services Americas and Software, which provides consulting engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture and environmental services in the Americas and software sales globally, and International Development Assistance, which manages aid projects on behalf of unilateral and multilateral government agencies and private clients. In October 2011, it acquired Cardno Geotech Solutions and Cardno TEC. In November 2011, it acquired Cardno HRP. On November 1, 2012, it acquired Hard & Forester. In February 2013, it acquired Geotech Materials Testing Services Pty Ltd (Geotech).
