CFS Retail Property Trust is a retail sector-specific Australian real estate investment trust (A-REIT), which invests un retail assets, including regional and sub-regional shopping centers and retail outlet centers across Australia. As of June 30, 2012, the Company owned and managed a diverse portfolio of 29 Australian shopping centers and factory outlets located across Australia. The Company has over 4,100 retail tenants. As of June 30, 2012, the Company�s portfolio consisted of Altona Gate Shopping Centre, Brimbank Shopping Centre, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Chatswood Chase Sydney, Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, Elizabeth Shopping Centre, Grand Plaza, The Myer Centre Brisbane, QueensPlaza, Rosebud Plaza and Runaway Bay Shopping Village.
