Cuesta Coal Limited (Cuesta Coal) is a coal exploration company holding interests in 33 coal exploration assets. Twenty of the 33 tenements are held by Cuesta Coal or one of its controlled subsidiaries, with the remainder being the subject of legally binding agreements. Cuesta Coal�s tenement portfolio covers over 11,000 square kilometers and is spread across the coal basins in Queensland, including the Bowen, Surat and Galilee Basins. West Bowen Coal Project consists of EPC 1738, EPCA 1891 and EPC 2008. Its East Wandoan Project is located in the Surat Basin. The Company�s Eastern Galilee Project is located in the eastern margin of the Galilee Basin. The West Emerald Project consists of EPC 1821, EPC 1977, EPC 2323, EPCA 1825, EPCA 1826, EPCA 1868, EPCA 2093 and EPCA 2705. Effective February 28, 2013, the Company acquired Hannigan & Associates Pty Ltd.
