Exalt Resources Limited (Exalt) is a resource and energy exploration company. Exalt has two New South Wales based gold and base metal exploration Projects: Mineral Hill South and Nyngan. The Company owns 100% of the Mineral Hill South Project covering 116 square kilometers of land located three kilometers to the south of the Mineral Hill Mine in New South Wales. The Company�s Mineral Hill South Project covers an area of 115.7 square kilometers to the south and south-east of Kimberley�s Mineral Hill Mine in the central west of New South Wales, approximately 52 kilometers north of Condobolin. Mineral Hill is a cluster of polymetallic (gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc) deposits located 52 kilometers north of Condobolin in the central west of New South Wales. Exalt owns 100% of the Nyngan Project which covers 160 square kilometers of land located approximately 12 kilometers south of Nyngan targeting porphyry copper and epithermal gold mineralization.
