Gold One International Limited (Gold One) is mining company engaged in gold and base metals exploration. The Company�s project pipeline includes gold and uranium resources. Its flagship projects, Modder East Operations, Modder North project, East Rand Boundary Project, and Megamine project are located within the East Rand Goldfield in the Witwatersrand Basin. The Ventersburg exploration project is located in the Free State Goldfield in South Africa�s Free State Province. It is also has operations in Namiba (Etendeka project) and in Mozambique (Tulo project). During the year ended December 31, 2011, Gold One produced a total of 123,179 ounces of gold, primarily from the Modder East Operations. On January 9, 2012, the Company acquired 100% interests of Rand Uranium (Proprietary) Limited. On September 17, 2011, the operations at Sub Nigel were ceased. On August 1, 2012, it acquired First Uranium Limited, which is the holding company of Ezulwini Mining Company (Pty) Limited.
