Geodynamics Limited is an Australia-based geothermal exploration and development company. The Company focuses through the Innamincka Deeps EGS Project, located in the Cooper Basin region near Innamincka in South Australia. The Company is focused on the development of renewable energy generation from hot fractured rocks (HFR) (also know as enhanced geothermal systems (EGS)) in Australia.The Company operates in one segment, being the geothermal energy exploration & development. The Company granted two geothermal exploration permits in Queensland, EPG 5 Tennaperra and EPG 6 Nappa Merrie. Savo Island Geothermal Power Project is located on the island of Savo, 14 km off the north coast of Guadalcanal. The HSA project in the Cooper Basin is known as the Innamincka Shallows Joint Venture with the participants being Geodynamics with a 50% interest and Origin Energy Geothermal Pty Ltd as Operator with a 50% interest.
