Description
Holista CollTech Limited is engaged in the development, branding, distribution and sale of ovine, collage and natural health products. The Company operates in two segments: Healthy Food ingredients and Food supplements and Sheep collagen. Healthy Food ingredients segment organizes contract manufacturing and wholesale of food ingredients and supplements throughout Malaysia. Sheep collagen segment is involved in the manufacture and distribution of cosmetic grade collagen. The Company produces sheep (ovine) collagen using its extraction methods and is on track in nano-nising and liposome encapsulating the Ovine Collagen. In November 2012, the Company sold the vacant industrial land owned by its wholly owned subsidiary (Holista Biotech Sdn Bhd ) in the State of Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
