Helix Resources Limited is an Australia-based company. The Company is a mineral exploration company focused on base metal, gold and iron ore in Australia and Chile. The Company�s projects include Restdown Gold Project, Olary Magnetite Project, Canbelego Copper Project, Joshua Copper Project, Huallillinga Copper/Gold Project, Hado Gold/Copper Project, and other projects. The Joshua Project is the Company�s advanced project in Chile and is 100% owned with no concession payments or royalties. Huallillinga Project is a 95 square kilometers area with significant potential for shear hosted copper and gold, with little evidence of modern exploration in the district. Subsequent to the year ended June 30, 2012, it acquired the Blanco y Negro mine within the regional Huallillinga Project. In February 2013, Lodestone Equities Ltd acquired a 50% interest in Olary Magnetite Pty Ltd (Olary) from the Company.
