KBL Mining Limited, formerly Kimberley Metals Limited, operates in the mineral exploration, resource development and mining industry in Australia. The Company has three segments: Mineral Hill, Sorby Hills and Other exploration assets. The Company�s Mineral Hill mine is located in central-western New South Wales, 50 kilometers north of the town of Condobolin. Its Sorby Hills project is located in the northeastern part of the Kimberley region of Western Australia, approximately 50 kilometers from the regional centre of Kununurra and 120 kilometers from the port at Wyndham. As of June 30, 2011, the Company had the right to earn a 51% interest in the Manbarrum tenements. Its Constance Range project is located in the north-western corner of Queensland. As of June 30, 2011, the Company had a 30% interest in the Constance Range project.
